The alternative to a hard pivot is to focus on what crypto has to offer and which AI needs — a credibly neutral, trustless, and low-tx-cost platform for agent-to-agent transactions (or agent-to-humans, see my earlier cast) + MPC capabilities for instance.
Eventually, crypto remains largely a solution in search of a problem, and while it’s not all that AI needs, the explosion in the number and types of agents means blockchains can serve as a robust and proven unifying layer
