I'm also new to it but maybe I can share my experience, first for the development it's easier to use vscode cuz everytime there is an error it will show the line, and for the package manager I use npm ,and also for the testing I use the very basic frame validator Which is the original. I use express.js and I never use next.js but it must be easier to deploy it to vercel and for the deployment I use vercel CLI it's more easier than you have to make a GitHub repository first. For the server cost? Well if you use vercel then it's free unless you use another hosting. For the database storing you can use supabase, I heard it's the most easiest to integrate with the vercel app. I learned the code structure here: https://blog.developerdao.com/farcaster-frames-explained
