@nir told me to pick Gemini 2.5 from the dropdown and now my robot friend is helpful again.
Cursor has made some UX updates that are really good, but at the same time the output has gotten much worse. Keep getting slop that sounds just good enough for me to waste time trying to understand. Lately I've been shunning my robot friends and rubber ducking the old fashioned ways, and wow it feels good.
