Once again, it’s December the month where many allow peer pressure and an unhealthy mindset to push them into reckless spending, trying to prove points nobody asked for. But remember that after December comes January, and a new year doesn’t care about the money you wasted trying to impress people who won’t even remember. Don’t be careless with your finances and then turn around to call those of us who choose to be disciplined and frugal “wicked” when you need help in the new year. Be mindful of what you do. Be mindful of where you go. There will be many more Decembers after this one. Don’t live a fake life it’s almost always a financial mistake.

Your frame of mind shapes your way of mind, and your way of mind ultimately shapes your way of life. Nothing influences a person more than the information they allow into their inner world. The books you read, the movies you watch, the voices you listen to, and the things you allow your eyes to witness all become silent architects of your thinking. Little by little, they build your beliefs, your reactions, your habits, and even your expectations for the future. Guard your mind with the same seriousness you would guard your life, because eventually, they become the same thing. What you feed your mind today will show up in the quality of your decisions, the stability of your emotions, and the direction of your destiny tomorrow. Choose wisely.
