This work was presented earlier this fall during the solo exhibition organized with Darmo, and was previously shown at the macLYON (Musée d’Art Contemporain de Lyon) within the exhibition Echoes of the Past, Promises of the Future (7 March – 13 July 2025). Major tapestry works by aurèce vettier are currently on show at Design Miami 2025, presented with The Spaceless Gallery (Booth C11). Woven at the historic Aubusson manufactories in France, this triptych transforms AI-generated botanical organisms into monumental textile works. Each piece depicts a precise threshold: the moment when vegetation begins to transmute into precious matter, as if nature itself were slowly crystallizing under the pressure of human extraction. Metallic threads glimmer inside vegetal structures, like gold capturing living forms. (1/4)
