I remember when @vitalik.eth posted a restaurant quality post. It was lit. Insanely accurate and it’s why I cook at home.
But ever since I saw it and then went out to eat it ruined that mid tier of restaurants. Those really Private Equity hollowed out soulless restaurants.
Now I go to local restaurants when I can instead of grub machines.
