I easily find myself wanting to give up on things. It’s easy to do what’s easy, but hard to do what’s difficult, especially the ones I haven’t managed to learn well. I remember I’ve mentioned more than once that the relationship issues are a headache for me in my current job. I think the problem doesn’t lie in the complicated interpersonal relationships, instead, it clearly reflects that I’m weak at handling relationships. So the more people with distinct personalities there are, the more potential conflicts and frictions there may be between them and me. Last Thursday, I had a clash with the colleague beside me. It started over a very simple reason: I told him to pay more attention to some details, but he didn’t think it’s his job, but belonged to another group’s. I was upset by his attitude, and he felt annoyed that I was being too nitpicky with him.
