My personal opinion on the 1155 vs 721 discussion for the @farcaster PRO NFT is that you should 100% go 721 Its the only way to cleanly allow any builder who wants to reward holders or give access to holders for anything they are building to be able to ensure that those rewards or access can only be claimed once. It also allows the merkle team to create personalization across art or experiences

1155 is not a true NFT standard. You CAN use it to achieve NFTs but its essentially the equivalent of deploying multiple ERC20's with a fixed balance of "1" (no decimals) and giving each holder their own unique erc20. So yes, 721 is the way to go especially if uniqueness is desired.
