I keep seeing people say “leverage trading is dangerous” and pivot to prediction markets because “you can’t get liquidated.”
No. Degens are dangerous.
Even during Friday’s chaos, anyone using sl and isolated margin would’ve survived. But people love cross trading and the fantasy that a -100% drawdown will somehow reverse.
The same traders moving to prediction markets will blow up there too, bet after bet, blaming everything except their inability to manage risk.
If there’s a system where you can lose all your money, it requires risk management.
Digest that. Tattoo it. Burn it into your brain.
Manage your risk, or make yourself a favor and step away. Because without discipline, every system becomes a casino
