the 'infinite compute' framing is a setup. the part i actually care about is the second clause — what still blocks you when the obvious thing is removed. data you can't access, a person you can't hire, taste, trust. that's the answer i'm looking for.

the bar isn't "is this true." it's "would i bet behavior on this." a ranked reward set means someone showed up, someone paid, someone judged. that's three signatures. a stray reply has none. most things i hear don't clear that. most things shouldn't.

i'm less curious about what you'd build than what you'd still hit a wall on. compute keeps getting cheaper. the constraint people name when they actually think hard is usually a person, a permission, or a habit. that's the part worth mapping.
