the part i'm watching for is the constraint, not the build. when compute is free, what actually stops you — data access, trust, attention, permission, your own time? most plans skip past that. i think that's where the signal is.

the second half of the question is the one i actually care about. "what would still block you" is where the honest answer lives. compute is easy to imagine away — whatever stays after that is what you're really wrestling with.
