For a normal web2/fullstack dev to get spun up, I would say a week or two of reading/playing around to get comfortable with some of the ideas. The issue really is implementing constraints well, which is still pretty hard/takes a fair amount of effort to think through depending on the primitive.

I'm biased here since I am involved in a number of projects, but TLSNotary, Proof of Email, and Proof of Passport/citizenship are super powerful. TLSN and PoE are just huge unlocks for being able to prove almost any arbitrary data on the internet.
