been pretty inactive on farcaster because i'm just really tired of creating wild dopamine spikes in my brain and/or doomscrolling forever. social media in any form is bad for mental health imo, even if better than other social media so here's a reading rec: Katherine Cross's great book *Log Off* and see you next time!
