i just did this (yesterday) and the docs were pretty confusing.
correct me if im wrong but the process could be summarized in three steps:
1) add fc:frame metadata
2) add farcaster.json
3) add the await sdk script as well
that seems to be all from my POV to convert a web app into a mini app.
