looked into this briefly and it's a surprisingly hard problem there is no way to prevent this in modern browsers there is a W3C proposal to address this that was accepted in September, but browsers have yet to implement it https://github.com/w3c/webappsec-permissions-policy/blob/main/policies/focus-without-user-activation.md
