wife is out of town for the next couple of weeks so it's just me and the kids again, but this time no cheat code as i'm not taking them to my parents'

so we had pasta for dinner tonight and now i'm already out of meal ideas... does anyone know if we can get scurvy from eating only cereal for two weeks straight?
