Quick take: VanEck amended its S 1 filing (SEC registration) for a spot Avalanche ETF (fund traded like a stock), ticker VAVX on Nasdaq. 💡
It can stake (lock $AVAX for rewards) a portion via Coinbase Crypto Services. Rewards minus fees flow into NAV (fund value). Anchorage Digital and Coinbase Custody use cold wallets (offline storage).
Tracks the MarketVector Avalanche Benchmark Rate, no leverage or derivatives. Bitwise added staking too. Yield is going mainstream.
