Late at night, after going back and forth over the same idea, someone finally paused and looked at what was in front of them. It wasn’t perfect. There were still gaps, things not fully figured out, and parts that would probably need to change along the way. But for the first time, it felt real enough to try. Not just something that sounded good in theory, but something that could actually move, grow, and hold up in the real world. There was a quiet shift from “maybe someday” to “this could work.” That moment, when an idea stops being just a possibility and starts feeling doable, is what viable feels like.
