Over the course of a single day, someone noticed how their energy seemed to shift without warning. In the morning, everything felt light and manageable, like they could handle whatever came their way. By the afternoon, that feeling dipped, replaced by a quiet heaviness that made even small tasks feel slower. Then later, almost unexpectedly, a bit of motivation returned, not as strong as before but enough to move again. Nothing stayed fixed for long. It kept rising and falling, subtly changing without asking for permission. That natural, sometimes unpredictable movement between higher and lower states is what fluctuate feels like.
