Well, as a first-time founder the mistakes I made might be common, but regardless of that - I unknowingly picked the environment that's not investment-friendly, haven't done a CustDev, and perhaps struggled to pivot at the right moment to find a market fit in time. Can recommend a book "The Mom Test" - 10/10.
