hmm considering it’s a pretty low effort action, there’s a chance it can happen
in open organizations norms regulate the behaviour of users without enforcement. Like in wikipedia, contributions fall overwhelmingly on the positive side, even though there’s a freedom to vandalize the website
but friction is still needed to keep a bad actor from completely wiping out a community — maybe some sort of voting mechanism
