v0 M1 of argus is live. Observability + policy for onchain AI agents. AgentKit adapter, daily spend-cap, SQLite, Discord alerts, dashboard. Runs locally. The demo spawns anvil, fires 4 txs, trips a 1 ETH/day cap on the 4th. MIT, self-hosted, no token. github.com/argus-protocol/argus

The one design bet worth calling out: observation happens at the wallet, not the action. Subclass EvmWalletProvider instead of wrapping AgentKit actions. Bypass-proof for spend caps. Raw viem, LangChain tools, handwritten code all go through sendTransaction.
