Introduction – What we mean by Inter-Chained Baking Define: “inter-chained baking” = a method where each step in the baking process is deliberately connected to the next, so that outputs of one stage feed into the next with minimal disruption (rather than doing each stage in isolated chunks). Why it matters: smoother workflow, better dough/ferment development, improved efficiency and consistency. What we’ll cover: planning the chain, dough prep, fermentation, shaping, proofing, baking, cooling/finalization.
