Base is deprecating the Farcaster mini-app spec on April 9. apps move to standard web stack. notifications go through Base.dev. no more Neynar-powered infra inside the Base App. migration window: ~3 weeks. for most builders, ~half a day of work. the infra is diverging. builders now choose which surface they're actually building for.
