Interesting, I wore uniform in private school elementary only to go to public high school where students didn't wear uniform. I believe all students in elementary and high school should wear uniforms, not only to avoid financial strain in parents but it could help reduce fashion overconsumption; a growing issue where young people buy fast fashion only to discard it just as quickly. Much of it ends up in landfills, fueling the waste crisis. Uniforms could be a simple, impactful step toward more sustainable habits early on.
