So all you djs out there in here who of us learned on records? Beatmatching was so critical in fact essentially no sync just your ears and the pitch controls. Talk about being nervous in front of a crowd for the first time that first mix was a motherfucker but after that the anxiety melted away. I love the new tech though the shit you can do is endless. All about the creativity and planning these days back then we just went with the vibe I used to tell people the records picked themselves I just had the homer of playing them.
