Finding a team you can trust who have founder mindset is kind of the prerequisite here.
What works for me is to gradually ramp up my leap of faith in the team in terms of decisions - from small to large. With enough reinforcement that delegation actually makes things better, it does work out
Also realising how my job is to solve for the biggest risk, not the most urgent one.
