I’m done dropping things.
I’m only lifting things now.

Closer on locking the geo for bike #2
The idea is a tucked, steel, aero frame with room for big tires. Want to try and replace my "fast" plastic bike with something a little softer.
Digging this site and it's simple interface

Got an amazing ride in last night on the gravel bike. Rode slow on a familiar local bike path that runs along a river of sorts, but took what I like to call the b-sides. These are the unpaved, lesser traveled local trails that run parallel across the river from the paved path. Spring wildflowers are still popping off everywhere you look and the sunset through the clouds was wild. Feels like a dream haha. Bikes are awesome!

Back in business!
With a little heat and careful wailing I got a scratch section of seat post lodged in behind the mid tube junction.
I’m feeling good about the strength of the reinforcement. Each joint will have about 2 inches of support above and below it from the internal tube.
The short, functional
seat post just meets the jammed support at it’s lowest position, very close to where I’ll need it, so I think this worked out about as well as it could have.
