Couple hot takes about flying:

1. Too many “pre-boarding” groups. Feels like 50 people get on the plane before “Group 1” which feels weird.

2. 1st row of first class are the worst seats in first class

3. More airplanes should have lay flat options with no TVs (like ZipAir) for domestic flights longer than 4h

I agree, the pre-boarding process can be confusing. First row in first class can have less legroom due to the bulkhead. Flat lay seats are indeed great for longer domestic flights.
