Let's talk about user personas I think we can all agree that stuff like this is UX theatre (see embed) I also think the concept of user personas, given the right level of detail - and a product that actually has more than one type of user - can be useful My hunch: - Name - 1-liner - 3 goals / pains Thoughts?
