I've been on a new schedule recently:
- 4:30am alarm
- gym, shower, first breakfast
- first work session done by 9am
- second breakfast
- pippin.png
- most work done by noon
Very focused mornings, using pomodoro and not looking at any comms or social
So far so good, but noticed it gets hard to stick to pomodoro in the afternoon; so I'll now try having completely a unstructured PM and trust monkey mind to get it done
