If you're not familiar, Checkr enriches market analytics by adding data about number of casts, engagement and mindshare. The new iteration of the app will aggregate these in a single "Attention" metric
The data is there; the challenge was creating an experience that let users influence the Attention metric by using the new mini app
The concept we landed on is a simple social feed, with a few caveats:
— Each feed is an attention market
— Each attention market lasts 12 hours
— Each "post" is a token
— At the beginning of each market, all posts have no comments or reactions
— By reacting, commenting or sharing a token from Checkr's feed, uses influence the Attention score of that token (which rises or falls accordingly in that market's feed)
