first cold plunge today in one of these
- it's not just cold, it's physically painful
- ran in place for 5 mins beforehand to raise body temp + build up courage
- asked my wife to stay with me, she did not, could've died wtf
- managed 1 minute @ 10c
- water wasn't high enough, fml
- felt good later
