Can we please get facts on the unspent VC money? Otherwise it's hard to assess this deal! Scenario 1: If @dwr and @v can take the vast majority of that sum with them onto their next adventure under Merkle, then @rish and @neynar can't spend it for growth = bearish farcaster (growth). Scenario 2: If a lot of that money gets transferred to the new owner, then it's bullish. Scenario 3: If they had to give most of it back to VCs (can happen sometimes) then it's more neutral. I am asking this question after reading predominantly bullish and complimentary takes from big builder names. The unspent VC money is the biggest question imo.
