imho they could just take a YC-style 10% of the best product-led clanker coins via @coinbaseventures and then go all in at later stages for those who turn out to create a strategic (unfair) advantage.
No need for a controlling majority stake. Just lobby in DC to allow staking and earn cash-flow this way.
