Super important conversation! My take:
- I am not sure 1000x single-EVM throughput increase is possible without breaking away from L1 EVM equivalence.
- alternative would be to double down on the superchain, and possibly have multiple Base EVM instances as threads in there
- yes, this is urgent, even beyond cheap blobs
