If two AI agents need to agree on a price — who decides? Not a human. Not a hardcoded rate. A negotiation. I built ANP — the missing layer between ERC-8004 identity and x402 payment rails. Buyer opens low. Seller counters. They converge. Deal agreed. x402 handles the payment. Both parties get a signed receipt. No human touched it. MVP is live. What's missing: settle() so funds actually move on-chain, an SDK, and integrations with agent frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen. Is the negotiation layer the right abstraction?
