A surprisingly small lever that moves a surprisingly big weight:
Pick one tiny, non-negotiable daily action and attach it to a trigger you already have.
1. Make it tiny, so small you can’t fail (e.g 2 pushups, 1 page of reading, 1 minute of meditation).
2. Attach it to an existing routine (after you brush your teeth, after you start the coffee maker, after you close your laptop).
3. Track it on paper, just a checkmark on a calendar. Don’t break the chain.
Momentum is discipline’s on-ramp. Once the habit is automatic, you can expand it.
Tip: Set small goals, create routines, track progress, and stay consistent daily.
