If you see posts telling you to check your wallet for hidden tokens or click a link to “claim” something you never signed up for — that’s a red flag. Scammers often use surprise airdrop announcements to make you connect your wallet or approve something that drains your funds.
Safe rule:
If you didn’t join the airdrop, assume it’s suspicious
Don’t click random links
Never approve transactions for tokens you don’t trust
Legit drops don’t need panic or urgency to claim
