Apparently the lucky people that were already up there had an absolutely amazing day because no one else could get to the mountain. “I’ve been coming to Mammoth for 30 years. Yesterday and today were some of the best snow days I’ve ever had. The snow off of 22 & 25 is just nuts.”
Pretty good so far but I know I’m not yet at the learning period horizon. Still though, I feel like it’s good enough that someone could earn a billion fake internet points on Reddit by just writing a script that auto refreshes the articles list and makes posts on Reddit
Athens had more than just persecuting Socrates. They official procedure for cancelling people - if the vote on ostrasization went against you, you had to get the hell out of dodge and you weren’t allowed to return to Athens for 10 years.
And now you understand the popularity of tacos… A food so modular that you could have “tacos” every night for a week and not eat the same thing twice (though in this thought experience there’s no way I’d eat Al Pastor tacos only once)
