The Eternal Lightning Storm
In Venezuela, there’s a place where lightning never stops. Known as Catatumbo Lightning, this phenomenon occurs over Lake Maracaibo, producing up to 280 lightning strikes per hour and lasting for over 250 nights a year. Scientists believe the unique geography and climate create perfect storm conditions, but no one fully understands why this lightning show has continued for centuries.
Would you visit a place where the sky is always electrified?
