æon is finally out! modesty aside, it looks sick af. funny how this came together. tiny sent me the idea on a sunday. i immediately started figuring out what these screens even were. on tuesday, i had one in my hands and arduino installed. there was no back-and-forth. no "should we do it?" no "is this gonna sell?" æon is just a continuous "lfg." five small manifestations of fucking around and finding out. art, tech and jewelry. i'm really proud of it. besides the obvious (getting into electronics), this project also pushed me to finally buy the spectral41.com domain, start a newsletter, and get more comfortable showing my work + myself. it's just a board with pixels inside, and something around it. but it's also much more than that.
