If you feel very lonely not following others, then be lonely. Why are you afraid of being alone? Because when you face yourself truthfully, you will find that you are so empty, dull, stupid, ugly, dark and anxious - a humble, hypocritical, second-hand existence. Face that fact, look at it, don't run away from it. As soon as you run away, fear appears.
