Ethereum’s Fusaka upgrade (Dec 2025) with PeerDAS and 12 EIPs will enhance throughput/security. That may reallocate value in L2 ecosystems. Arbitrum & Optimism, given scale and adoption, are natural beneficiaries. Investors should lean into L2 tokens aligned with Fusaka interoperability and capacity gains.
