Am I the only person that doesn’t sleep early? And by early I mean normal bed time, let’s say between 8-10 PM No matter how hard I try! I can stay awake up until 2 AM! I don’t know if it has any medical or psychological implications, but I have been like this for years. According to research, it’s best to have at least 6 hours of sleep everyday , but it’s difficult for me. I sleep mostly around 2 AM and wake up by 7 AM! It’s crazy because I have tried to adjust and correct my sleep patterns, but it’s not working. #Nocturnalhumans
