Knowing when to take a walk is one of the best attributes anyone can have. 👉 If the pressure feels too much, take a break. 👉 If your mental health is being affected, take a walk. 👉 If stress is overwhelming you, touch grass. It’s not a do-or-die affair. I’m not saying you shouldn’t give your best. I’m not saying you shouldn’t try to make it work. What I am saying is: learn to save yourself before what you’re going through consumes you. At the end of the day, the dead cannot speak. And there’s no spare life anywhere! Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Choose wisely.
