🌌 ✨ --- On February 23, 1990, the Pioneer 11 spacecraft crossed Neptune's orbit. This spacecraft was launched in 1973 and was the first human-made object to fly close to Saturn and the second (after Pioneer 10) to achieve the necessary speed to exit the solar system.
