This looks perfect to me. I don’t know anything about sourdough but they always seem to have the crack on the top. I like the lighter color. I’m not crazy about bread that’s cooked until it’s real dark on the top. (Then I have to cut the crust off. 😆)

Yeah, having friends was a pretty major requirement for FT….so that platform didn’t work for me. It’s difficult to buy friends when it most likely will end up being a one way street.
