Where do previously monolithic physical services (generation, storage, and distribution) decentralize to given tech advances and self sovereignty Overton shift? I’m thinking energy, food, water, security, to start. Maybe to Neighborhood, town, county-level? Or will it vary in a way impossible to predict ahead of time
