Ireland 《Loveless》 - My Bloody Valentine
1991|4.25/5.00
Shoegaze, noise, dream pop, neo-psychedelia
"Loveless" is the second studio album by the Irish rock band My Bloody Valentine, led by the lead singer and guitarist, using a variety of techniques to achieve the sound they wanted, including guitar vibrato, non-standard tuning, digital samplers and careful production methods. My Bloody Valentine encountered difficulties when recording the follow-up to this album and disbanded in 1997. It was not until 2013 that they reunited and released their next full-length album, "MBV". Since its release, "Loveless" has been widely regarded by critics as one of the greatest albums of all time, a landmark work in the shoegaze genre, and an album that has had a significant influence on many subsequent artists.
